This Refunds Policy explains how refunds and order issues are handled for Pickup Coffee orders.

Order issues

If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we will make it right — a fresh remake or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once an order is being prepared, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider — typically 5–7 business days.
